The site itself provided additional challenges - the proximity of mature trees and existing site buildings precluded the entry of heavy
equipment into the site.
All excavation was done by hand, as was the creation of a small mountain to provide the height needed for a waterfall. The relatively
small space available meant that every inch had to be used productively. Careful and thorough design was a must!
